Membership Application

In order to obtain a membership application, you may either click here to download and print a copy, or stop by the department on Thursday nights at 7:00 PM, except for the fourth Thursday of the month which the best time is 8:00 PM.  The Lisbon Fire Department is always looking for individuals who want to make a difference in their community and help our fellow neighbors.
