Sept. 17 2004 around 0500, a tractor trailer heading northbound on route 395 rolled over on it's side while exiting at exit 84. Spilling it's diesel fuel on the off ramp and it's load of building supplies on the northbound on ramp, shutting down exit 84 completely The driver was transported to William W. Backus Hospital
