October 26, 2006 At approximately 0330 hours, Lisbon Fire Department was dispatched to a non injury motor vehicle crash with power lines down in the area of 96 Newent Road.  Upon arrival, one vehicle was found on its roof with secondary power lines down across the road and the patient self extricated. 138 was shut down and the scene was handed over to the state police and CL&P.
