October 15, 2007 At about 0818 hours, the Lisbon Fire Department was dispatched to Interstate 395 Southbound, just south of Exit 83A for a reported motor vehicle crash.  Upon arrival one vehicle was found in the breakdown lane, with moderate driver side damage after coming in contact with a tri-axle truck which was about 1/4 of a mile up the road with minor damage.  One patient was removed from the vehicle and transported to Backus BLS.
