October 28, 2007  The Lisbon Fire Department's tones went out just before 0230 hours for a reported motor vehicle crash on I-395 N/B just north of Exit 83A.  Upon arrival Car 54 established command after finding an SUV off the road and into several trees.  The occupants of the vehicle were self extricated upon responders arrival.  Mutual aid was requested from Griswold Ambulance as there were three patients that required transport to the hospital.  Lisbon Ambulance transported two patients and Griswold one patient.  Units remained on scene for vehicle removal, and the scene was put under control.
