April 21, 2007 As members were working on putting lights on the Gator, cars began pulling in reporting a brush fire on the side of Route 138 approximately one mile from the fire department.  As QV was about to be notified the pagers went off, and the crew responded.  Upon arrival an estimated 20 x 20 foot area of grass was burning, and was quickly extinguished.  Crews remained on scene for a short amount of time to make sure the fire didn't pop up anywhere else.
