May 11, 2007 At 0834 hours, Lisbon Fire Department was dispatched to motor vehicle fire with no exposures.  Upon arrival units were faced with a pick-up truck with heavy fire from the engine compartment and the cab.  A 1 3/4 handline equipped with foam capability was immediately put into action to knock the fire down.  After cooling the vehicle and hot spots, units returned.  After backing the trucks in, Lisbon was dispatched for a garbage truck fire on 169 which ended up being minor and extinguished just prior to our arrival.
