May 4, 2007 At 0143 hours, Lisbon Fire Department was dispatched for a motor vehicle crash on Interstate 395 North Bound just prior to Exit 83A.  Car 54 first on scene reported one vehicle into the median guardrails.  The vehicle sustained heavy damage as it had maneuvered from guardrail to guardrail while traveling north bound.  One patient was transported BLS to Backus by Lisbon Ambulance, and units remained on scene for vehicle removal.
