June 23, 2007 During the early afternoon, Lisbon was dispatched to a reported motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 169 and Kendell Rd.  Upon arrival personnel found two vehicles involved with moderate damage to the front end of both vehicles.  R-554 transported 3 patients BLS to Backus while several refusals were obtained on scene.  After vehicle removal all units returned.
