July 12, 2007 At 0951 hours, Lisbon Fire Department was dispatched to a car vs. tree in front of 88 Westminister Rd.  Upon arrival, units found heavy damage to the front end and patient self extricated.  One patient was transported to Backus BLS, while another person at the scene remained in the hands of the CSP.
