August 17, 2007  During the late evening hours, Lisbon Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on the Exit 84 S/B on-ramp.  Upon arrival, 1 vehicle was found spun around facing the opposite direction after it had struck and knocked down a light pole.  The occupant was out of the vehicle with minor to moderate damage to drivers side.  Patient refusal was obtained and scene turned over to CSP.
