February 10, 2008  Just after 1830 hours, shortly after a snow squall had begun, the Lisbon Fire Department was dispatched to a vehicle accident on Route 12 in the area of Lower Blissville Road.  Upon arrival units found an SUV that had slid off of the road, up a hill, and into a telephone.  The vehicle sustained minor damage.  Three occupants were assisted out of the vehicle and refusals were obtained on scene.
