March 24, 2008  Around 1130 hours, the Lisbon Fire Department was dispatched to the area of 120 North Burnham Highway for a motor vehicle crash.  Just minutes after the page came out QV repaged confirming a reported entrapment.  Upon arrival units found 1 car into a tree with heavy front end damage.  The driver was entrapped in the vehicle and had to be extricated.  With great teamwork, members were able to peal the roof back and extricate the patient in only 15 minutes.  The patient was transferred to Lisbon Ambulance's awaiting stretcher and was transported ALS to Backus Hospital.
