April 29, 2008  The Lisbon Fire Department was dispatched to a report of a motor vehicle crash in the area of North Burnham Highway and Kinsman Hill Rd.  Upon arrival units found a small compact car that collided with a rear tire of an empty tri-axle dump truck.  The force of the hit caused the empty truck to jack-knife across route 169.  The driver of the truck was able to move the truck from the roadway to allow easier access to the scene for emergency personnel.  Amazingly there was only minor damage to both vehicles and three patient refusals were obtained.
